Although we take full care, while sending any books to minimum the chances of mis-shipment. We also aim towards complete customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll send you a replacement. Below are our terms and conditions for refund Process
1. You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5 day window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at readerinbookland@gmail.com or can call +91 78359 67717 for a Return or exchange.
2. If a customer wants to cancel a order before shipment, there will be a 0% deduction of order amount and remaining amount will be refunded back to customer account.
3. If a customer want to cancel an order after shipment or want to return after delivery due to any reason, both side shipment cost be beared by the customer.
4. It will take 3-6 days to reflect amount in your bank account. Please read our Returns and exchange information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully -:
- Items should be in their original condition
- Items should be ideally in the original packaging
- Items should be returned within 5 days of the day you bought them with a receipt
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be refunded for the original item price. Please make an unboxing video while opening the box as this mandatory in case of return or replace.
